Relax in one of our 17 cozy rooms after a busy day full of experiences.
Each room is different each and stands out from the others. They are mostly furnished with furniture dating back to ancient times. To fully enter into the lifestyle of the past, the rooms are not equipped with TV or telephone, so that you can relax without the stress of the technological world.
We can distinguish the rooms in different categories:
- “von Salis”, with private shower and toilet in the room
- “Historic”, “Petite” and “Classic”, with shower and toilet nearby on the floor.
Furthermore, for families we have the possibility of connecting rooms or for larger families a 3-bedroom apartment.
″Suite von Salis″
The “Suite von Salis” are very spacious (30 - 45 m2) and equipped with private bathroom; in some rooms of this category we can find period canopy beds.
The rooms have a magnificent view facing the imposing Sciora mountain range where Pizzo Badile stands out.
″Double Rooms von Salis″
The “Double Rooms von Salis” are very large (21 - 33 m2) and equipped with private bathroom; in some rooms of this category we can find period canopy beds or double beds. The furniture is unique and refined to keep the historical spirit of this accommodation unchanged.
The rooms have a magnificent view, some overlook our charming historic garden, others face west towards the Italian side.
″Double Rooms Classic″
The “Double Rooms Classic" category are large (21 - 37 m2) and equipped with a sink, unfortunately the period structure does not allow to have a private bathroom in all rooms, for this category the services are located on the floor. Every 2 rooms is shared the same bathroom.
The rooms have a magnificent view, some overlook the Sciora mountain range, others overlook the town square.
″Double & single room Historic″
The "Rooms Historic” (16 - 21 m2) have a unique style and the furniture is exactly the historical one of yesteryear. Unfortunately, the period structure does not allow to have a private bathroom in all rooms, for this category the services are located on the floor. Every 2 rooms share the same bathroom.
The rooms overlook our enchanting garden.
″Double Room Petite″
The "Double Room Petite" (12 - 18 m2) has a minimal style and the furniture consists of the essentials with a nice large sink. Unfortunately, the period structure does not allow to have a private bathroom in all rooms, for this category the services are located on the floor.
The room overlooks the roofs of the typical and historic houses of Soglio to the west towards the Italian side.
″3-Double Rooms Apartment″
Upstairs you can find a large space ideal for large families. There are 3 double rooms with shared bathroom on the floor (toilet and bathtub). From 5 to 8 people can stay there. There are connecting rooms and, if necessary, pull-out beds. These 3 rooms can only be booked all together.
The rooms have a magnificent view directly on the Sciora mountain range.
