“One walks in the garden of this paradise not with the feet, but rather with the heart.”
Bernard von Clairvaux
Established between the 17th and 18th centuries, with over 140 years of history as a hotel, the Palazzo Salis stands in a magical setting with splendid historic gardens, a landmark in the Bergell Valley.
Nestled among the majestic mountains of the Bergell Valley, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, lies the historic Hotel Palazzo Salis with its magnificent 14 rooms and its restaurant.
Opening from 1st April 2021 to 31st October 2021.
From April to mid-June on Mondays and Tuesdays will be our closing days.
We attach great importance to regional, home-made cuisine from the Engadine and surrounding area.
Many of our recipes have been passed down from father to son over generations and thus reflect both traditional and modern preparation methods.
″La soglia del paradiso -
The threshold to paradise″
is how the painter Giovanni Segantini described this village.
